If you are a clicker, there is limited support available, due to the number of clickers. We read every email to monitor for major bugs, but if you are having problems with installing, it's best if you contact whoever referred you to SerpClix. Additionally, we add all frequently asked questions to our FAQ page in the dashboard and login panel, so please check that before sending an email, otherwise it will be ignored.
