Question 1

Does this really work? Is there a guarantee? Is it risky?

Unfortunately there are no guarantees in SEO, unless you happen to own Google. There are innumerable factors that can affect search engine rankings. And, realistically, most sites should focus their efforts on traditional SEO before even thinking about using non-traditional techniques like SerpClix.

That said, there is a lot of evidence that CTR manipulation can be effective

While backlinks and content remain the dominant factor in SEO, over the past few years Google seems to have been moving towards user feedback signals like engagement, retention and bounce rates.

We believe Google will continue to move away from external signals like backlinks and move more towards user experience signals. This seems to have already been done with YouTube: videos used to be ranked based on thumbs up, view count and comments. Now it's all about user experience. If someone leaves the video instantly, it ranks lower. If they watch the full view, it ranks higher. We believe the same factors are being applied in the SERPs (search engine results pages).

All SEO efforts can involve an element of risk. Some techniques are certainly more risky than others. SerpClix employs real human clickers, so we think using our service to buy SEO traffic is far less risky than trying to use automated or robotic click methods. We pay our pool of more than 100,000 clickers to search your keywords and visit your website, driving real organic search traffic and boosting your SERP click-through rate (CTR).

Our clickers install a browser extension which allows us to track their behavior and verify that they are completing your click orders.

Users search for your keyword phrase on Google, as any natural searcher would. Then they scroll down and navigate the search results pages until they find your site. They will click on your URL to visit your site. Once on your site, they will scroll up and down and remain on the page for approximately 60 seconds. If you want you can specify a second internal page for them to visit on your site. At no point will they ever click the back button. When they are finished they will exit the tab, without returning to Google.

SerpClix uses real human clickers because fake automated or robotic clicks DO NOT WORK. Public proxies are always detectable by Google. Private proxies do not have enough of a random IP address range. PhantomJS and other popular headless browsers leave footprints that are very difficult to cover.

Google is the leading expert in the world at detecting robotic traffic. Their entire advertising business depends on being able to tell human visitors apart from bots.

Yes, you can create as many orders as you want using the credits that you purchase. You can create orders for as many different URLs as you want, and you can target as many keyword phrases as you want on each order.

What about bounce rate/dwell time?

Accepted Answer

Google Analytics and other analytics programs count a bounce as any single-page session. If our clickers visit your site, stay on one page only, and then leave, that is counted as a bounce.

The good news is you can add a second URL to your order (at no extra cost). Our clickers will visit the second URL after the timer finishes for the first URL, and Google Analytics will no longer consider this visit as a bounce.

That said, it's important to know that bounce rate is *not* an SEO ranking factor. See this article for more. (Summary of the article: Google Search does not use Google Analytics data, and does not even know if a bounce has occurred. Your site's bounce rate has no impact on your SEO rankings.)

"Engagement", however, is a factor. If our clicker clicked on your result, then immediately clicked Back to the SERPs, this would not help, as Google Search would register this as low-engagement. But that is not what happens. Instead, the clicker stays on your site for a period of at least 1-2 minutes. Then when the time is complete, the browser tab automatically closes — the clicker NEVER clicks the 'BACK' button. THEN, they are required to wait another 30-60 seconds before beginning their next click order, which is done in a new browser tab. Google Search may register that the same visitor has returned, but the visitor will be using a new tab and at least 90-120 seconds will have elapsed since the last search. Thus, your click through rate has been increased, and the engagement signal remains strong, despite what Google Analytics may be showing.

Our memberships are automatically renewed each month, and can be cancelled at any time directly in your account. Each membership level includes a certain number of credits which you use to create click orders. Orders in our All Country tier cost 9 credits per click and orders in any individual country tier cost 17 credits per click.

At any point in time you can purchase more credits or upgrade or downgrade your membership or cancel your membership, all directly through your SerpClix account.

The free trial is good for 14 days and includes 500 credits. We do require payment information in advance as this helps us to prevent fraud and allows us to provide you an uninterrupted experience if you decide to continue after the free trial. However if you cancel at any point during the trial period you will not be billed anything.
